Registration Rates

Standard Registration	$400.00
	$400 Early Bird Rate
	$450 after July 14, 2025
Student Registration	$200.00
One-Day Conference Registration	$150.00
Speaker Registration	$200.00
Children's National Affiliate Registration	$200.00

Your cancellation request must be made in writing. Please email your request to Safe Kids Worldwide at info@safekids.org.
For registrations paid by credit card, refunds will be issued at the time of cancellation (please allow 5-7 days for processing). For registrations paid by check or purchase order, refunds will be issued after the convention.
The deadline for cancelling your convention registration is September 15, 2025. There is a $25 processing fee for cancellation. After September 15, 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that cancelling your convention registration does not cancel your hotel reservation.
