Cancellation Policy
- Your cancellation request must be made in writing. Please email your request to Safe Kids Worldwide at info@safekids.org.
- For registrations paid by credit card, refunds will be issued at the time of cancellation (please allow 5-7 days for processing). For registrations paid by check or purchase order, refunds will be issued after the convention.
- The deadline for cancelling your convention registration is September 15, 2025. There is a $25 processing fee for cancellation. After September 15, 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Please note that cancelling your convention registration does not cancel your hotel reservation.
